The rates shown below are to give our customers an idea of what they can expect to pay and to demonstrate our complete transparency.

• This covers the preparation time during which the interpreter will familiarise themself with the subject matter, prepare their glossaries and become a true expert in order to offer an impeccable service.
• It also covers the cost of the interpreter being present on site during the requested period.
•  This work requires a high level of concentration and maximum effort.

Indicative rates for European languages (excluding Nordic and Slavic languages): In the case of simultaneous interpreting, two interpreters will be required for conferences lasting over one and a half hours. The rate below is for one interpreter.

Milega has a vast network of professional interpreters based in numerous countries throughout the world. We will do our utmost to provide you with an interpreter who lives in the city where your meeting is taking place, or as nearby as possible. If this is not possible, the customer will be responsible for travel, food and any accommodation expenses. If you need a simultaneous interpreting service and the event venue does not have the necessary equipment (booths, headphones, etc.), Milega can provide this equipment for hire at an additional cost.
